Twisted Perfection (Perfection, #1; Rosemary Beach, #3) Abbi Glines - Book Review

Life outside of her house was a new experience for Della Sloane. The dark secrets of her past weren’t something she ever intended to share with anyone. They would never understand. No one would ever get close enough to find out. There was always a chance she’d go crazy sooner than they expected…

Woods Kerrington had never been one to be attracted to fragile females. They seemed like too much work. He wasn’t in it for the work just the pleasure. A night full of naughty fun had been exactly what was on his mind when he’d laid eyes on the hot little number that didn’t know how to pump gas and needed some help.

What he didn’t know was she was as fragile as they came.
The carefree girl who spoke her mind and didn’t care what the world thought of her was more breakable than he could ever imagine.

Book Review

Abbi Glines NA contemporary romance read Twisted Perfection is unputdownable - she is the master of toe curling, smexy swoony male characters and storyline lines that will have you engrossed till the very last page has been turned.

Her characters are filled with depth her stories with meaning and the romance is just sizzling.

The story is told from both Wood's and Della's Pov, which in turn gives the reader in-depth sight into the characters feelings and relationship.

The chemistry between Woods and Della is smoking - sizzling and toe curling. The story within the pages is real, heartbreaking and at times quiet emotional.

Abbi has given us a complex character in Della Sloane; she is suffering from her past. Her past is dark and haunting; it affects her in more ways than one.

Woods and Della find something within each other they both never knew existed and Abbi Glines does a fantastic job of putting forth such a strong storyline with emotional pasts.

The ending I wasn't sure what to think............. But I eagerly look forward to the next book.

“It wasn’t my imperfections that I was worried about. It was the terror that twisted everything in my life and that kept me apart from everyone else.” Della Sloane

This story puts forth quiet emotional themes, unmet intimacy and the search for love and affection through sex. Della lived most of her life lacking emotion. It is one thing that Della wants in life.
